The last time I climbed
Mt. Maculot Rockies is 9 months ago. It's a good climb though the weather was not good and the view was not that scenic. So in preparation for Mt. Ugo climb this coming August 2015, we went back in Mt. Maculot Rockies hoping for a good weather.

We're only 4 who joined for this dayhike, Me, Ish Cruz, Cindy Ferrer and Edmund Milanes. We had a convenient travel going to Batangas as we took a ride on Edmund's new car. Everything is perfect aside from we pass on the wrong Star tollway exit. However, we still managed to locate Mt. Maculot since I'm from Batangas.

Finally I had an awesome climb on Mt. Maculot. It was too hot above there but the view is more astonishing. Indeed Maculot-Rockies in one of the most challenging yet rewarding dayhike. This is good for beginners out there and it is very accessible. Only a bus ride from Manila with 2 to 3 hours of travel.
