Hiking Adventures #21: Mt. Gola in Sitio Madlum, San Miguel, Bulacan

After our outreach program held at Sitio Madlum, we planned to climb Mt. Gola which is beside the much known mountain, the Mt. Manalmon.

Since the entire hike would only take 3 to 4 hours, we started at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Manalmon and Gola shares the same trail on the initial part. When we reached Manalmon river, we have to cross it as way to Mt. Gola's foot. But since we're not in a hurry, we first took a dip in the river for 2 hours.

The climb took less than 2 hours after we reached the summit. It's a really a chill climb and it's good for beginners or newbies out there. It offers wide campsites just like in Manalmon and you'll enjoy the breathtaking view from the summit.
